Naturalux
Austria · 2025
A website nobody could find is now their strongest salesperson: ten times as many sales, over 6,000% more impressions and almost ten times as many newsletter sign-ups.
It happens more often than you'd think: the agency is overwhelmed, the freelancer has gone quiet and the project sits half-finished. First I get an honest picture of the code, the technology and the overall state, secure whatever needs securing right away, and agree on a clear plan with you.
After that, things move forward step by step, with fixed milestones and no new surprises. That's how Naturalux went from an unfinished construction site to an online shop with ten times as many sales per month.
How we work together
Understand first, then act: that's how a construction site becomes a project again.
Analysis:
Review the code, servers and access.
Plan:
Priorities, effort and a fixed price.
Stabilise:
The most urgent things first.
Finish:
Step by step until it's done.
The problem project becomes a project you can rely on again.
What counts in the end
You don't have to start from scratch just because something went wrong. A stalled project often has more in it than you'd think.
