A website for an IT company, with an AI agent that answers visitors' questions on the spot.

When people talk about AI today, most of them think of chatbots. For many businesses, though, the bigger lever lies elsewhere: in their own data. Classic machine learning spots which customers are about to leave, which product someone wants to buy next, how demand and revenue will develop, and where anomalies are hiding that a person would miss.
I build both: forecasting and recommendation models trained on your numbers, and generative AI such as assistants or automated research that takes work off your team's plate. It always starts with one question: which decision should get better? Then I choose the right method, from a proven statistical model to a neural network, and build it into your website, your shop or your software so that it actually gets used day to day.
From the first goal to a model in everyday use, in steps you can follow.
Which decision or which process should get better?
What's there, what's missing, and how good is it?
A first model built on your real data shows how much it delivers.
The model runs in your systems, securely and with GDPR in mind.
I monitor the results and retrain when your data changes.
Good AI doesn't replace gut feeling, it backs it up with numbers. You make decisions earlier, with more confidence and less effort.

No. The data from your shop, CRM or accounting is often enough to build good forecasts, even for smaller businesses.
Often less than you'd think. The prototype quickly shows whether your data is enough and how accurate a model can be.
I rely on GDPR-compliant solutions or models running on your own servers, depending on what your data requires.
I work that out in advance. Classic models are often very cheap to run.
